Morissa Baumann is a Nouvelle Alexandrie politician and scientist who currently serves as a member of the Cortes Federales as part of the Federal Consensus Party. She was first elected in 1703 AN. She went to University of Cárdenas and studied International Relations there. She worked as a diplomat in the governments of Gerhardt Eugen Seydlitz, eventually rising to the position of Senior Diplomat for the Raspur Pact. She joined the FCP for the 1708 elections, and was elected then. She became spokesperson for foreign affairs, becoming the first Shadow Secretary of State after the 1718 elections.
