The Sancrus Music Festival (Vegnian: "Festival della Canzone Vegnese di Sancrus"), officially the Vegnese Song Festival, is the most popular Vegnese song contest and awards ceremony, held annually in the city of Sancrus, Falange. The songs selected in the competition are in Italian, and the three most voted songs are awarded. Other special awards are also given, including the Pressroom Award, created ad hoc by the press, and the "G. Truppi" Trophy.
The Sancrus Music Festival is also used as a method for choosing the Vegnese entry for the Microvision Song Contest.
The first inaugural edition was done in 2022 and was won by Gigi D'Alessio, with the song "Un Nuovo Bacio" ("A New Kiss"), while the second one was win by Colapesce and Dimartino with the song "Splash".
