Einhorn (bailiwick), city and bailiwick of the Governorate of Absentien within the realm of Elluenuueq. Chiefly notable as a garrison and administrative centre for security forces deployed in the region as well as for the guilds and corporations involved in resource extraction throughout western Absentia.

Government

Garrison and security

Einhorn serves as the garrison of the 2 Pansarfördelningen, under the command of Salbnan-Afzælthvaszhaldan Qaleem Kambarzahi as of 1728 AN. Accordingly cantonments have been established outside the city for the following regiments:

• 24 Taktiska Kommando Regemente
• 2 Pansarregementet
• 4 Infanteriregementet
• 40 Infanteriregementet
• 4 Ingenjörregemente
• 4 Artilleriregemente
• 4 Luftvärnsregemente
• 4 Signalregemente
• 4 Trängregemente
• 4 Sanitetsregemente
• 4 Garrisonsregementet
• 24 Inspektionsregementet

As such a nominal garrison of 14,400 BUDF personnel would be present in the bailiwick at any one time. However allowance should be made for formations being routinely understrength in peacetime as well as for the regular absence of deployed regimental detachments.

BUDF personnel attached to this division comprise primarily of Norse rank and file led by Babkhi officers, with Istvanistani as the language of instruction and communication.

Demography

Population in 1728 AN was recorded as 349,186 subjects, of whom 69,837 were recorded as being possessed of sufficient merit to warrant enjoy the liberty of the bailiwick, with the remainder being protected persons.
