The Mesoun Crisis is a low level conflict in Mesoun that begun in 1724 AN. Though majority of the conflict has been fought in Mesoun violence has spilled over into other parts of the mainland.
The conflict began when Mesounese separatists, the Mesoun Republican League, hired Shadow Group mercenaries to ambush and assassinate Florian President Isabelle Chopin in a bid to gain independence by force.
