Shadow Group was a paramilitary from the Confederate States of Floria based in Mesoun Republican League held territories in Mesoun. Allegedly formed in 1719 not long after the Presidential election of that year, Shadow Group was a participant in the Norasht campaign providing military equipment to the Surenid Government and small arms for hire. The PMC however had huge criticism back home with links to far right extremism.
Shadow Group were deployed throughout the entirety of Micras serving the interests of the Florian Government beyond legal measures. However the group was found guilty of assassinating Isobel Chopin and it was found out they were financially backed by the Mesounese seperatist group, the Mesounese Republican League who through force wanted Mesoun to become a independent state from Florian control.
The Confederate States Armed Forces unofficially declared a conflict against the paramilitary in 1728 AN. The paramilitary was defeated in 1729 AN by Florian special forces.
