1. 1723 appointments for the High Presidium of the Benacian Union. Existing office holders carried over with the following changes:
   • Mithui custodianship of the Commission for the Panopticon
   • Fridwald Peter nominated to the position of Commissioner for the Sacred Treasury
   • Troy Lyon to replace Roman Nebuqannezzarion-Zerke as Deputy Commissioner for War
2. 1722 Census, to be conducted by the Benacian Censorate across the realms, autonomous regions, and protectorates of the Union-State.
3. Exclusion Diocese special development ("Booming Growth") zones.

8. Appointment of Jahangir Khan as Szodan of Elluenuueq, nominated by Daniyal ibn Daniyal.
9. Increased financial support was authorised for the efforts of Benacia Command to expand continental defence manufacturing with the arsenal programme:
