Salome, through the intercessions of Divine Providence, Kaiseress of Shireroth,

Sovereign among Laqs, Queen of Ransenar, Rani of Tas Neemia, Emira of Sathrati, Sardar of Talenore, Princess of Hurmu, Princess among the Lakes, Duchess of Brookshire, Duchess of the Guttuli, Duchess of Chestnut, Duchess of New Aquitane, Marchioness of Zy-Rodun, Khanum of Caer Lum'ruush, Countess of Upper Macon, Countess of Andiopolis, Countess of Dracoheim, Countess of Istvan, Baroness of Port Mills, Lady of Zauberförde/Senkyōwan, Lady in Jorvik, Progeny of the Once-Living God, Scion of the King of Kings, Thane of the Shirelands, Keeper of the Apollo Legacy, Grand Master of the Orders of the Dragon, of Griffin, of Phoenix, and of Chimera, Sovereign of the Golden Mango Throne, Lord Mayor of the City of Vladagrad,

announcing for the sake of all Shireroth that,

Having received request from the Ministry of Rites to apply Our judgment on this issue,

The following has been offered as a sign of Our devotion to jurisprudence:

We do determine that the adoption of the Dissolution of Kaiserin Noor's Marriage Bill by the Senate of the Elwynnese Republic in 1656 was made in error due to insufficient information available and do reverse the annulment of the marriage contract between Our Divine Ancestor, the Radiant Noor, and one Noah Hallbjörnsson Esposito, which had been made lawfully in order to prepare the way for the Restitution of Elwynn to its glory.
In consequence thereof, We rescind Imperial Decree 1022.
We further reaffirm that Our Divine Ancestor, the Radiant Noor, did give birth to a lawful daughter, Fatima Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed bin Sathrati, upon whom honor as a member of the Imperial Family had once been and shall again be recognized, along with her lawful and faithful progeny.
The lawful progeny of Our estranged great aunt are called to Us to make their faithfulness known to Us.

Given at Raynor's Keep on the Fifth day of the Fifth month of the Year of Our Norton Seven-Hundred Twenty Two,
