It was organized by the Phineonesian Confederation Broadcasting Consortium (PCBC) and three host broadcasters, two public broadcasters Hi-Vi Free International Settlements Public Broadcasting Network, Tannyeugwa Public Broadcasting Network and commercial broadcasters Straits Settlements Broadcasting Corporation.
