Mors

Mors: God of Death, of charming and friendly aspect.

The Cedrist god of Death, Mors, along with his wife Viviantia, is considered to be the most powerful and eldest of all the gods. Mors' brother is the war-god Tempus. Mors has had several children with Viviantia: Los, Loki, Ikol, Meskan, Semisa and Ifni.

At one point Mors and Viviantia were divorced from each other but, according to the great prophet Brrapa Lu'Eraro, they got overcame their estrangement.

The god has been sufficiently closely associated with the practice of human sacrifice for the act to have become subject to specific prohibition during the reign of the Kaiseress Noor.

Several Kaisers chose Mors as their namesake.
