The coat of arms of Highpass (formally known as the coat of arms of the Count of Highpass) was adopted upon Highpass's independence in 1703.
Its description is as follows:
- Shield: On a blue shield of eight Octavian roses (added by Countess Octavia to signify her descent from the Imperial Bloodline of Octavius) is escutcheoned another shield that is quartered as follows:
- First and third quarter: Divided in the middle, the dexter is red and the sinister is blue, and between them a golden sun with 16 rays, upon which a sword, rising upwards, steeped in fire. This represents the coat of arms of the State of Modan, of which Daniyal ibn Daniyal once was Prince. With his daughter, Isabella-Miranda Noor marrying Count Jaas II of Highpass, the Simrani-Kalirion line became represented in the bloodline of the next count, Oze II, why this coat of arms is included. Other options that were considered here included the coat of arms of Hurmu and of Ayreon-Kalirion (due to the lineage of Ayreon-Kalirion), but ultimately Modan was decided as the representation as Highpass was subjected to the rule of Modan until the destruction of the imperial states in 1665.
- Second and fourth quarter: A field that is divided horizontally, the upper part being yellow, and the lower part being green. Rising from the horizon is a green arch, and falling from the horizon is a yellow arch. Together these arches form a circle that represents the sun. The sun is thus both below the horizon (night) and above it (day). The representation of Day and Night creates the coat of arms of the ruling family of Highpass, Niit n Taag ("Night and Day").
- Supporters: Two white horses, one on each side.
- Coronet: The shield is topped with the comital coronet of Highpass.
- Compartment: The shield stands on a scaffold of wood.
- Collar: The Order of the Flower and Stick
