Kaiser Ari 0 was the 65th kaiser of Shireroth for a little more than four months. He dressed up in dolphin skins and claimed to be a sentient dolphin hailing from the Duchy of Straylight. Imperial genealogists were certain he was a human of the Line of Ly'Technomaezj.

Contact with Babkha had infected him with a certain fondness for violence: He had a penchant for bathing in human blood, and at the end of his reign he roleplayed his own gruesome assassination (carried out by getting dipped into aqua regia). He was well-regarded in Babkha throughout his reign, laying the foundations for what would later become the Mango-Camel Pact. It is thought that he is the father of Kaiser Ari i
