The Ctorian people are an ethnic people living in Western Keltia and Corum. Although this people is mostly dispersed all over Thracistan, their homeland is the Hexarchy-held Karnak lands. The Karnak lands were formerly known as Ctoria and were short-lived. When Ctoria collapsed, the people continued to live in the same place without danger for years and became isolated. In 1669 AN, when the Thraci government set foot in Keltian lands, it began demolishing the rotten buildings of the old towns to settle the land, so some of the Ctorian resources were lost. Thracistan later abandoned the land due to the volcanic activity of the region and took the majority of the Ctorian people with it. The Ctorian people were relocated to the city of Cyobi in Thracistan (later another settlement with the same name was established during Project Gama). In 1709 AN, the Thraci Confederation apologized to the Ctorian people for destroying ancient sources of the past.

Some Ctorian groups remained on the mainland during volcanic activity. After the Hexarchy invaded the mainland in 1694, some of the Cotorian fled to Kunapura (former neighbor Eesha resurrected by a mysterious being called Alperen). But some remained in the state called Karnak and partially assimilated into the Hexarchy people. Now pure Ctorian has come to an end and two metamorphic languages have emerged, namely Red Corian (Thracistan) and Blue Victorian (Hexarchy).

Also, the Ctorian customs and traditions are isolated from the Hammish traditions, and the ancient Caputian traditions were studied in negotiations between the Nouvelle Alexandrie and the Thraci Confederation, and some of them coincided with the Ctorian people. The Thraci Confederation held informal talks with NA and Hexarchy to search for the Ctorian resources hidden in Hamland.
