Army of Karnamark

The Army of Karnamark was a colonial force raised by the District of Karnamark as a part of the plantation of Keltia by Hurmu.

To send out tax collectors and revenue officers to collect dues from the households and merchants of the municipalities. To operate informers and thieftakers. To watch the comings and goings of low characters and those who would have business with them.
