The Congress of the Elwynnese Republic is the legislature of the Congressional Counties of the Elwynnese Republic. President, or speaker, of the Congress is Anton Trexeller (N&H). The Congress has 250 seats de jure, but only 217 seats de facto (after the next election, 250 seats will be filled).
The executive elected by the Congress in 1681 consists of representatives of the Democratic Party of Elwynn and the Nationalist and Humanist Party.
Following the 1681 Elwynnese congress election and the formation of SCAR (in which Asantelian and Wintergleam were transferred there), seven parties are represented in Congress, the make-up of which is as follows:
