Coastalis, also known as the Confederacy of the Coast, is a small equatorial country located in the Skerry Isles. It occupies the largest islands of the archipelgao, including Skerryvore, Duras, and Taras. The confederacy is a collection of semi-autonomous city-states known as captaincies, centered at the ancient pirate haven known as the Lighthouse.
