Volksrat

The People's Council (Istvanistani, South-Cibolan Saxon: 𐍆𐍉𐌻𐌺𐍃𐍂𐌰𐍄 or Volksrat) is the highest assembly of the Lanzerwald Republic, with the power to enact laws throughout the republic. It consists of representatives from all local chapters of the Sozialprogressive Einheitspartei des Lanzerwalds. A number between 200 and 300 seats is distributed in this way, based on census information, the exact formula is determined by the Volksrat before elections. There are also a number of seats reserved for opposition parties and the military:
