The Victory Banner (VnB) or just Party was a political party in the Sanpantul, with the dissolution of the existing Victory Banner franction in 1715 and the subsequent intervention of the palace in the parties. The party won the 1716 elections as the only party present and remained active as an imperial puppet in the Sanpo-Çakar War that followed. It was dissolved in 1720 after the Treaty of Cenfae and was replaced by the Sanpantul Senate Party, which collectively represented the islands.
The party was the island's sole party in order to maximize future war efficiency, and its goal was to embrace all of the Sanpō and loyalist minorities. Its goal was to capture most of the Skerry Isles and all of the Beneluccas, which had been lost in the fall of ancient Kataria and the 1692 Tortuga earthquake. The party was highly totalitarian, and served as a puppet advisory party to the empire. It was likely to be Semi-Humanist to most parties, and this was where the idea of a perfect society came from.
The party was often known simply as the Party, reinforcing its totalitarian appearance. However, since most of the francs were part of this party, the party base became quite divided over time. The movements within each prefecture were considered equal.
