Treaty of Agra
The Treaty of Agra, is a treaty between the Çakar Empire and the Sanpantul State. This treaty settled the independence of Sanpantul, which was previously an unincorporated territory of Çakaristan. Secession was relatively easy as Sanpantul was already functioning relatively independently.

TREATY OF AGRA
BETWEEN
THE ÇAKAR EMPIRE
AND
THE SANPANTUL STATE
His Majesty, Xunpadshahan, Shahanshah of Çakaristan
and
His Majesty, Takashi Tonugawa, Emperor of SanpantulIn order to fulfil Sanpantul's desire for an independent and sovereign existence, the treaty partners draft the following articles:
Article I - Independence
By 1.I.1745 AN, the Sanpantul State will be independent and sovereign from the Çakar Empire.Article II - Territory
The Çakar Empire ceded any claim to the Sandwich Islands, as well as the Prince Islands, except for the Sunfish Archipelago, in favour of the Sanpantul State. The Çakar Empire will assist in the international recognition of Sanpantul's territory as a result of this treaty. The sea borders are defined through the attached map.Article III - Eternal Peace
The Çakar Empire and the Sanpantul State declare eternal peace between each other nations.Article IV - Treaty of Portpur
Cooperation under the Treaty of Portpur will continue, for which the Sanpantul State will ratify the treaty within 12 Norton years, thus acting as an equal treaty partner.Article V - Inactivity
In case of inactivity, the Çakar Empire is entitled to claim Sanpantul. In the event that the Çakar Empire becomes inactive, then Sanpantul is entitled to claim all areas of in the Çakar Empire in the Skerry Isles.Signed on 13.XV.1744 AN in Agra:
