Track and Trace (Benacian Union)

Track and Trace, a joint programme of the Benacian Censorate and the Commission for the Panopticon, inaugurated in late 1724 AN, was a programme for the registration of Protected Persons, including juveniles, and the implantation of a subdermal microchip for subject accountability monitoring purposes.
The counterpart programme for meritorious subjects, Covenant Plus, would begin implementation from 1726 AN onwards.
