Theodora Havel (1675 AN–1744 AN) was a Natopian journalist and media executive who cofounded The Natopian Bulletin in 1716 AN. She established The Bulletin Trust in 1731 AN to ensure the news agency's editorial independence in perpetuity.
Havel died in 1744 AN at the age of 69. She had lived long enough to see The Natopian Bulletin become the dominant news agency in Natopia. The plaza outside the Bulletin's headquarters in Lindström is named Havel Square in her honor.
