Société Agricole Lyricaine (Alexandrian for Lyrican Agricultural Company) is a New Alexandrian fruit production company headquartered in Lausanne, South Lyrica, and the largest stone fruit producer in the Federation. Founded in 1694 AN by Jean-Pierre Montclair, an Alexandrian émigré who acquired abandoned farmland in the fertile river valleys of central South Lyrica following the Region's integration into the Federation in 1687 AN, the company established the first commercial peach orchards on the island of Lyrica. The temperate maritime climate, characterized by mild winters, warm summers, and consistent rainfall, proved ideal for stone fruit cultivation. Montclair's original 400-hectare estate expanded through acquisitions of neighboring properties throughout the early 1700s, and by 1720 AN the company had established itself as the dominant fruit producer in South Lyrica. The firm incorporated as a sociedad anónima in 1728 AN and listed on the Lausanne Stock Exchange in 1734 AN, though the Montclair family retains a 38 percent controlling stake through a family holding company.
Société Agricole Lyricaine operates 186 orchards totaling approximately 47,000 hectares across South Lyrica and North Lyrica, with its largest concentration in the Vaucourtois and Carrasquillo valleys. The company maintains 12 packing and cold storage facilities strategically located near major rail connections along the South Lyrica Bulk Line, enabling rapid transport of harvested fruit to domestic markets and export terminals. Its subsidiary Conservas Lyricaines S.A. processes approximately 180,000 tonnes of fruit annually into preserves, canned goods, and fruit concentrates, while Transports Frigorifiques du Sud operates a fleet of 340 refrigerated trucks and 62 refrigerated rail cars. The company's nursery division, Pépinières Montclair, produces over 2.8 million fruit tree seedlings annually, supplying both the company's replanting programs and independent orchardists throughout the Federation. Société Agricole Lyricaine exports to 14 countries, with Constancia, Natopia, and Shireroth representing its largest foreign markets. The company employs approximately 8,400 permanent workers and engages up to 22,000 seasonal laborers during the harvest period from Estivis (VIII) through Messoris (XI).

Société Agricole Lyricaine cultivates six primary stone fruit and pome fruit varieties across its orchard holdings. The company has invested heavily in modern orchard management techniques, including high-density planting systems, drip irrigation, and integrated pest management, resulting in consistent yield improvements over the past decade.

Peaches remain the company's flagship product, accounting for approximately 31 percent of total production by volume and 34 percent by revenue. The firm cultivates over 40 peach varieties, ranging from early-season cultivars harvested in Estivis (VIII) to late-season varieties picked through Messoris (XI). Cherries command the highest prices per kilogram, with premium varieties sold to luxury retailers and hospitality establishments across the Federation at NAX€8.40 to NAX€12.60 per kilogram. The company's apricot production supplies both the fresh fruit market and Conservas Lyricaines, which produces the Federation's best-selling apricot preserves under the "Soleil de Lyrica" brand. Pear production has expanded significantly since 1744 AN following the introduction of disease-resistant varieties developed in partnership with the National Institute of Agricultural Research.
