The Sentinel Community Harmonisation System was a proposed system of remote community policing developed by industry for the Commission for the Panopticon in the Benacian Union. In essence the system would comprise of clusters of aerostats, with a minimum of eight per bailiwick of the Union-State. Each aerostat would have a payload of "loitering munitions", with release authority being vested in a designated officer of the Panopticon with responsibility for the bailiwick in question.
Work on the initial concept began during 1725 AN, with a working group of relevant stakeholders being established in Avakair.
