Robrecht de Speer, commonly known as Rob de Speer, a provincial Batavian lawyer, previously arrested by the Imperial Marshals in 1727 AN on suspicion of membership of the cadres of the Imperial Humanist Party of Shireroth, but subsequently released in the following year following the failure of the Imperial Judex to convene in order to commence the arraignment proceedings.
Reportedly a man of unusually abstentious habits.
