Riina Kübar (born 1697) is the current mayor of Huyenkula since 1752. She belongs to the Coalition for Democratic Humanism, but is considered to belong to its more liberal, pragmatic wing.
An ethnic Lakkvian, she speaks Lakkvian, Hurmu Norse and Istvanistani.
