The Regional Governor of New Luthoria is the chief executive of the Region of New Luthoria within the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie. The Governor is responsible for the administration of regional government, implementation of laws passed by the Regional Assembly of Luthoria, and representation of New Luthorian interests within the federal system. The office was established upon New Luthoria's admission to the Federation in 1687 AN. The Governor is elected by popular vote to a five-year term and may seek re-election. With approximately 5.8 million inhabitants, New Luthoria is the least populous Region in the Federation but holds strategic importance due to the Pharos Port District, which handles significant international commerce.

The current Regional Governor is Joanna Wisely of the Federal Humanist Party. Wisely won the 1749 gubernatorial election in a stunning upset over incumbent Enrico Lamas of the Federal Consensus Party. Her campaign focused on failures in crime, public safety, and public health under the Lamas administration, particularly the gang violence crisis involving the Dromosker Crew and the notorious "Chop Chop Shops" that terrorized the region.
