The Ozymandias Dreadnought Class was the first heavy battleship constructed by Heimat Industries and the first warship built in Kildare. The dreadnought type is called after the first ship that went into the water: the ASS Ozymandias.
In 5600 ASC, after the first positive tests, the Apollonian Republic announced that it would order another 26 ships to strengthen the navy.

ASS Ozymandias
- Service: 5600 ASC - present
The ASS Ozymandias (finished in 5600 ASC) was the first of its kind and became frequently referred to in Apollonian propaganda as the King of the Sea. It was a popular ship thanks to being the first battleship ever built in the Apollonian Republic (before, a Kildarian navy had been non-existing and depending on Shireroth). The successful tests resulted in further investments from both the government and Heimat Industries into the ship and the same type. The ASS Ozymandias, renamed to HLS Ozymandias following the succession of the Apollonian Republic through the Jingdaoese Empire remains in service as the flagship of the Tianchao Haijing as late of 1678, despite its old age and disrepair. The ship is permanently moored in the port of Sheng.
