The Oportian Export-Import Bank (OEI Bank) is the official export credit agency of Oportia, established in 1731 AN through the Oportian Export Boost Act. Created under the administration of Federal Representative Galilea Montijo, the bank operates as an independent agency of the federal government with the mission of supporting Oportian exports through financing and insurance services.

The bank provides financing mechanisms including direct loans, loan guarantees, and export credit insurance to help Oportian businesses export their goods and services. Since its founding, the OEI Bank has played a significant role in facilitating Oportia's transition to an export-oriented economy, with particular focus on supporting the Alexandrium sector and manufacturing industries. The institution maintains offices in major trading hubs including Vanie, Port de Huile, and Port Félix.

Operating with an annual lending capacity of 15 billion Mérites, the OEI Bank has been instrumental in expanding Oportia's international trade relationships, particularly with Nouvelle Alexandrie, Natopia, and other Concord Alliance partners. The bank's activities have contributed to Oportia's trade surplus growth, rising from 2.1% of GDP in 1731 AN to 4.8% in 1733 AN.
