On 14.IV.1702 AN, the 31st Offshore Patrol Regiment at Hempton Bay and the Warring Islands Volunteer Defence Force at Port Esther for a mission to evacuate the garrison of Northern Bretland and to take possession of an island ceded by Batavia under a recent treaty. The deployment was to be supported by surplus personnel from the Air Department of the Hurmu Peace Corps, the Overseas Auxiliary Squadron of the Hurmu Constabulary, and the Maritime Support Group.
