Oliver Pereira (Yewlang: 彭奧; born on 11 August 2000) is a Krasno born Dauian footballer who last played as a striker for Daau League side Punggol Serai FC.
Early career
Pereira began his footballing journey in Krasnovlac with Lorat Secondary School as he was called up for the school football team and was originally deployed as a centerback for his height. It would until his last two years at secondary where he transitioned into a striker and began scoring in goals due to his stature. Following his graduation from secondary Oliver moved to Goren Polytechnic and played alongside Farshuno Kempse on the polytechnic football team. Unlike Farshuno who was technically talented, Oliver was seen as the more physical striker and would decide on not pursuing a university degree and moved to Daau in search of a professional opportunity in football. Pereira signed with Daau League 2 side Seragaan FC II in the spring of 2019 and was placed in the under-21's squad for further development. He was not offered a professional contract and was approached by several other clubs in the summer.
Senior career
Aeland Krasno Natives
Oliver would sign with Krasno-Dauian partnership side Aeland Krasno Natives on the 1st of July 2022 as he was a Krasno national playing in Daau and was of good height for professional football. The marksman would make his debut in a humbling 1-0 defeat to Daau U23 FC in the third round of the league. The club's defunct status meant Oliver was released from the club and needed to search for another team.
Punggol Serai
Due to work permit rulings and the transfer window, Oliver was unable to be signed by a top Dauian side as he spent most his summer dealing with identity issues back at home, leading to traveling concerns. Pereira would sign with Daau League side Punggol Serai on deadline day due to him wanting to stay and develop himself in Daau.
Oliver was released after the 2023-24 season due to injury woes.
