The Observatory, Security and Liaison Office in Theogiorick (OSLO) was the de facto embassy of the Raspur Pact in Theogiorick and the enforcing authority on behalf of the Raspur Pact of the Armistice of Theogiorick. The OSLO is headed by Robyna Markbell-Howells. It was disbanded in 1726 upon the destruction of Theogiorick.
