Armistice of Theogiorick

The Armistice of Theogiorick is an agreement between the representatives of the Theogiorickans and the Raspur Pact Space Command. It resolved the armed conflict between the Theogiorickan armada and the Raspur Pact forces with regard to the presence of Theogiorickans in Theogiorick.

Agreement

• The current alien Theogiorickans presently occupying Theogiorick will be compelled to remain within the bounds of that site. All other aliens shall vacate to Indigo or beyond.
• The humans of the Kaiser Ayreon shall be presented with the choice to either submit to evaluation by the Benacian Censorate for categorisation as subjects of the realm of Elluenuueq, or else to remain in service to the occupants of Theogiorick as their sole permitted emissaries to the court of Natopia, and by its leave to the other capitals of Micras. Aliens are banned from such movement.
• The Kaiser Ayreon shall be the only space-fairing vessel, excepting craft under the control of the Raspur Pact, that is allowed to leave and land on Theogiorick. It shall at all times have a Raspur Pact assigned security detail of eight men and a liaison officer on board to monitor the adherence to the Armistice.
  • The vessel shall be given over to the Raspur Pact to inspect and survey before it is returned to Theogiorick.
• Alien Theogiorickans with residence in Theogiorick shall be allowed to travel to and from Theogiorick and Indigo, provided such movements are notified to the Raspur Pact. All other movements by the aliens shall be prohibited.
• The deceased Theogiorickans from the recent conflict shall be permitted to be cremated and their ashes scattered in Theogiorick or in space. All debris resulting from the battle which fell outside of Theogiorick shall be held by the Raspur Pact for further study.
• The Raspur Pact establishes an observatory, security and liaison office (OSLO) in Theogiorick which shall monitor the adherence to the Armistice, as well as make representations on behalf of the Raspur Pact states. Humans of Theogiorick shall be allowed to make diplomatic relations with other powers, by the leave of the court of Natopia, as long as the Armistice is adhered to.
