The National Collegiate Athletic Federation (NCAF) is a nonprofit organization that regulates student-athletes from 30 Florian institutions and conferences. It also organises the athletic programs of many colleges and universities in the Florian Republic and helps college student-athletes who compete annually in college sports. The organization is headquartered in Northcliff, Kingsland.

Conferences
The National Collegiate Athletic Federation currently operates two conferences of ten teams. They are the Big South Conference and FLO-12 Conference.
