National Collegiate Athletic Federation
The National Collegiate Athletic Federation (NCAF) is a nonprofit organization that regulates student-athletes from 40 (74 from 2027) Florian institutions and conferences. It also organises the athletic programs of many colleges and universities in Floria and helps college student-athletes who compete annually in college sports. The organization is headquartered in Northcliff, Kingsland.

Conferences
The National Collegiate Athletic Federation operates five conferences. The Great Southern Conference will begin competition in 2027 and will primarily comprise universities from the southern hemisphere. Programmes joining the Power Four for 2027 are shown in italics.
Media
The National Collegiate Athletic Federation maintains national media-rights agreements for the broadcast and streaming of its championship events. Unlike regular-season competition, where broadcasting rights are primarily controlled by individual conferences and member universities, the NCAF centrally controls the media rights to its national championships and postseason tournaments.
As of 2026, the NCAF's principal national broadcast partners are ESN, Red Sports, Sportsworld and FBC Sport. Additional championship events are distributed through the NCAF's own digital service.
The most prominent NCAF championships and their principal rights holders are:
- ESN – Holds rights to the NCAF College Football Championship, including the College Football Playoff, national semifinals and NCAF National Championship Game. ESN also broadcasts selected national championships in basketball, baseball, athletics and other major collegiate sports.
- Red Sports – Holds extensive rights to NCAF postseason competition, including selected College Football Playoff games and national championships in basketball, baseball, softball, association football, ice hockey, volleyball, lacrosse, wrestling, swimming and diving, gymnastics and athletics. Selected events are also carried on Red Sports' digital platforms.
Regular-season media rights are negotiated separately from NCAF championship rights. The Big South Conference, FLO-12 Conference, Southeastern Conference, Frontier Conference and Great Southern Conference maintain their own broadcasting agreements, allowing games to appear across several national and regional networks.
Radio rights to the NCAF National Championship Game, College Football Playoff semifinals and selected major championships are held nationally by the FBC. Local radio broadcasts remain available through university and regional networks.
Video games
The NCAF has periodically licensed its branding for use in collegiate sports video games. The federation's licence covers NCAF trademarks, championship branding, trophies and postseason competitions, while the rights to individual universities, team names, logos, uniforms and stadiums are negotiated separately with member institutions and their licensing representatives.
The principal licensed series is NCAF Football, which features all Football programmes, the major conferences, the College Football Playoff and the NCAF National Championship Game. The series also incorporates the Florian Media Top 25, conference championships, bowl games and the Hawthorne Trophy.
