Nasimshahr (Babkhi: نسیم‌شهر, meaning "City of Gentle Winds") is a federal city in central Eura and one of the 33 constituent federal subjects of Oportia. Located in the arid interior of the former Southeastern Eura Provisional Administration, Nasimshahr serves as a regional center for Alexandrium mining operations and desert agriculture. According to the 1733 Oportian Census, the city has a population of 201,447, making it one of the smaller federal cities by population.

The city's strategic location along historical trade routes connecting the Euran interior with coastal regions has shaped its development as a commercial hub. Nasimshahr's economy is primarily based on Alexandrium extraction, date cultivation, and serving as a logistics center for mining operations in the surrounding desert regions. The city gained federal status on 20.VIII.1730 AN following the integration of territories acquired during Operation Verdant Reach.

Nasimshahr is notable for its significant Babkhi cultural heritage, with approximately 78% of the population identifying as ethnically Babkhi and speaking Babkhi as their primary language. The city maintains strong architectural and cultural traditions dating back to the pre-Babkhan Holocaust period, making it an important center for Babkhi cultural preservation in Oportia.
