Mitra, a Raspurid satrapy under Constancian administration.
Governance
Initially governed by a Civil Administrator for Raspur starting 21.VIII.1668, and later on a Minister for Raspur, it was directly governed by a Civil Administrator for Mitra, in the person of [[. ]] beginning 13.I.1694, who reported to the Minister of Raspur, Yasmina al-Noor.
Bjørn Koeppen was made Civil Administrator for Mitra and Deputy Minister for Raspur effective 1.I.1701.
A consultative assembly known as the [Mitra Durbar]] provides counsel to the Civil Administrator for Mitra, who exercises plenipotentiary authority within Varaz.
The Civil Administrator for Varaz is also de facto civil executive and mayor for the capital city, Badehshahr.
