The Free Elwynnese Republic (officially the Elwynnese Republic, and commonly known as Free Elwynn, or Cimmeria and Raikoth), was a semi-recognized state which claimed dominion over all Elwynnese territory as it was prior to the Second Elwynnese Civil War, though in reality only ever exercised jurisdiction over the archipelagos of Cimmeria and Raikoth. It considered itself the legal successor of the Elwynnese Republic of 1671.

The legal succession to the Elwynnese Republic was by the legislatures of Amokolia and Upper Elwynn on 12.II.1692, and ratified by their respective legislatures the same day, in a unified congress.
