Micracked! is a Lac Glaceian parody news/travel television series broadcast on GlaTV. Filmed in various locations across the globe that are then fictionalized, the series follows the exploits of Dr. Stanley Highbottom and his slapstick antics as he visits other countries, often with disastrous-yet-hilarious results.

Synopsis

Dr. Stanley Highbottom is a bumbling professor of political science and self-declared professional travelogue. Along with his faithful crew he travels across Micras to various non-existent countries - often made-up parodies of real world countries - where he attempts to give viewers a glimpse into the lives of these varied states. In his travels though he usually ends up causing some kind of disaster or cultural faux pas.

Cast and characters

From left to right; Mayweather, Latermore and Highbottom
  • Nigel Penzifer as Dr. Stanley Highbottom
Highbottom is a snobbish professor with a strong superiority complex. His arrogance and utter obliviousness often land him in trouble with the natives.
  • Michael Gage as Chuck Latermore
Latermore is Highbottom's faithful cameraman that often shows more logic than his superior but is often relegated to the menial tasks of a servant.
  • Lara McCaro as Piper Mayweather
The crew's bombshell anthropologist is both smart and sexy and often the desire of both Highbottom and Latermore, both of which she continually rebuffs.

In addition to the regular cast, the show often features cameos from other mainstream actors in supporting roles as the natives that the explorers interact with.

In this episode the crew finds themselves visiting the nation of Toletta (an obvious parody of Akhidia) where they check out its many tourist sights, including the nation's most holy religious shrine; the Temple of the Bowl God. While in the temple Highbottom is given a sacramental wine that makes him drunk, whereupon he vomits on the statue of the Bowl God himself. Having committed a most heinous sacrilege the Tolettans gather with the intention of sacrificing him to appease their insulted deity. The crew is then chased across the country by the angry Tolettans and their crazed leader with comedic and slapstick results. After many close calls they finally escape over the border.
