The Mhacompare Arena is a football stadium in the Stadio district of Mhazar, Vegno.

The stadium, which features a retractable roof, currently has a capacity of 45,000 for football games, and is the home of AS Virtus Glovetese and Atletico Mhazar.

History

The stadium, owned by the Atletico Mhazar and AS Virtus Glovetese teams, was built and inaugurated in 2022 with a capacity of 35,000 and a state-of-the-art facility. The name of the stadium is branded by the Mhacompare company, the first main sponsor of the Atletico Mhazar team and the main contractors of the stadium.

Between May and September 2022 it hosted the two finals of the Bonfire Cup and the Supercoppa Vegnese, being then used several times during the year also for matches of the Vegno national football team.

In 2024, for the 2024 Copa Apollonia, for which the stadium is proposed for the semi-finals, an expansion from 35,000 to 45,000 seats is planned and executed.
