Maria Elena Roussillon de Montmorency (born 29.IV.1690 AN) is a New Alexandrian politician and former humanitarian administrator serving as Governor of New Caputia since 1750 AN. She previously served as Deputy Secretary of Social Security and National Solidarity in the first Jimenez government from 1739 AN to 1744 AN, as a Deputy for New Caputia from 1734 AN to 1744 AN, and as President of the Red Sun Society from 1729 AN to 1734 AN. Known for her disciplined organizational style and extensive federal experience, Roussillon won the 1749 AN gubernatorial election with 71.83% of the vote, the second-highest margin of any gubernatorial candidate that year, campaigning on leveraging federal resources for regional development and implementing efficient social service delivery systems.
