Luke Heng Kangcahn Ctera (born 1998) is a Krasnovlac-born Dauian professional footballer who last played as a right winger for Krasnovlac Elite League club Kyrtzhuosci Hanbei, which he captained, and the Krasnovlac national team. Ctera is known for his pace and flair, being able to trickle past defenders in style. Ctera was regarded as one of the best youngsters in the country since his debut in 2014. Ctera has won the Young Player of the Season four times, twice in both the first and second divisions.
