Klifvatr is a city in the Lac Glaceian city of Eesdeheito. From 1696 to 1743, the city was administered jointly by Lac Glacei and Hurmu. Since the repudiation of Order of the Holy Lakes sovereignty over Eesdeheito in 1743, the Order has kept a consulate in the city.
Its name is probably derived from a dialectal Hurmu construction meaning "cleft water".
