Jesper de Boer is a professional football player from the Lanzerwald. In his club, Sport Louisville he fulfils the role of midfielder and he is also a midfielder of the Sankt Ludwigshafen national football team. De Boer was born in Ludwiggerdam, part of the Oudorp agglomeration, when that city was part of Zandarijn. Until 2021, Jesper de Boer played in the amateur Zandt divisions, when domestic football was abandoned he signed for Sport Louisville. He is the twin brother of Inter de Boer.
