Humanist Institute of Ardashirshahr
The Humanist Institute of Ardashirshahr, established 1718 AN in the city of Ardashirshahr, within the Realm of Elluenuueq in the Benacian Union. Dedicated to the preparatory education of children selected for induction into the Humanist Vanguard and thereafter for service in the regional and national cadres of the Nationalist and Humanist Party, including service in the Civil Executive of Elluenuueq.

Commandant of the Institute
The Commandant of the Institute, as the highest-ranking official, bears the weighty responsibility of overseeing the Institute's overall management and direction. Their role encompasses setting the strategic vision, managing the budget, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and representing the Institute to external stakeholders. It is the Commandant's guidance that sets the course for the Institute's mission.
Mistress of Discipline
Working in tandem with the Commandant is the Mistress of Discipline. This role is pivotal in enforcing the Institute's strict code of conduct and discipline. Through drill, exercise, and paramilitary training, the Mistress of Discipline instills qualities of discipline, physical fitness, and loyalty in the students. Hall monitors are also under their jurisdiction, ensuring order within the Institute.
In addition to discipline, the Mistress of Discipline is responsible for the security and safety of the Institute. They oversee security personnel, manage students in detention, and enforce security protocols. Their role ensures that students are focused on their education, unwavering in their loyalty to the Union-State, and prepared to face any challenges that may arise.
Master of Punishments
The Master of Punishments takes charge of correcting and reforming students who violate the Institute's rules. Through corrective measures, detention, extra assignments, and loss of privileges, the Master of Punishments guides students to make better choices. Disciplinary measures, including suspension and expulsion, act as a deterrent to future infractions. Their role is critical in maintaining a disciplined and focused environment.
Master of Studies
At the heart of academic development lies the Master of Studies. Responsible for a wide range of subjects, this figure ensures that students receive a rigorous and challenging education. Matron of the Wards
Supervision and care of students in the dormitory wards are under the purview of the Matron of the Wards. The dormitories, organised by age groups, are overseen by Governesses of the Dormitory Wards who report to the Matron. Their role is to ensure the daily well-being and safety of students. From enforcing rules to providing support, they create a nurturing environment within the dormitories.
The Matron of the Wards also plays a vital role in health and wellness. Together with the Physician and the Apothecary, they provide medical care and medication. Proper nutrition and exercise are essential components of student health. This holistic approach ensures that students are physically and mentally prepared to excel.
Mistress of Indoctrination
Guiding students in the principles of Humanism and ensuring their unwavering loyalty to the Union-State is the responsibility of the Mistress of Indoctrination. Instruction in Humanism, behavioral therapy, political education, and welfare support all fall under their purview. The Mistress of Indoctrination ensures that students align with the Union-State's ideals and agenda.
Mistress of the Library
Last but not least, the Mistress of the Library manages the Institute's vast collection of resources. They curate the collection, facilitate access, provide reference and research assistance, and handle technical services. With the support of the library staff, they ensure that students have the information and resources they need for their education.
