The House of Earion is a noble house of Feanorian origin, and the ruling dynasty of the Kingdom of Celebarad. The House traces its origin to the mythical King Earion, the founder of the city of Celebarad in the pre-Menelmacari era. Until Gawain the First, who lived during the Vanic era and is known to have held a position of some note among the regions surrounding the city of Celebarad, there exists no historical record of the issue of Earion outside the Prophecy of the King, a parchment scroll in the possession of the King of Celebarad that describes the origins of the House of Earion and the prophecy of the Coronation from Above, that laid the foundation for the claim of Thawain to become King in 1712 AN.
