Helmut Drosselmeyer is the current State Leader (Cibolan Saxon: Staatsleiter), or head of government, of the Grand Duchy of Etzeland. Born into one of the most prominent Cibolan Saxon families, he is a direct descendent of the King of Leichenberg's one-time chief minister, Karl Drosselmeyer. A lawyer by profession, Drosselmeyer rose to power during the 1702 Mondo Cibolan offensive as leader of the victorious Mondo Party (Cibolan Saxon: Mondopartei).
