Heliopolis

Heliopolis is a planned city in Aqabah that is intended to be the primary academic, scientific, and research and development center of the Imperial State of Constancia. It is designed to be 100% energy self-sufficient via solar and wind power, with thermal energy via the national grid only as a reserve. It will lie along the path of the Pan-Euran Highway, between Aqaba and Petropolis.

It is presently planned and governed by an appointed Deputy Minister within the Ministry for Aqabah of the Imperial Constancian Government.
