Hamid Rasime is a Constancian official of provenance from Raspur.

Appointed Imperial Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Elwynnese Republic, to head the Imperial Embassy in Eliria, effective 18.XIV.1685. At the onset of the Second Elwynnese Civil War, 12.II.1692, he personally escorted Princess Rosamund home via diplomatic flight to Constancia from her classes at Eliria University College. Survived the Scouring by not being present in Eliria on that fateful day.

Appointed Foreign Minister by Mesazon Alissa Guadalim on 16.VII.1710. Raised to the Imperial Senate of Constancia in 1717.
