Frijerr Wiltmann

Frijerr Wiltmann (born 1709 in Anglien) is a cantonal administrator and a Governing Board member of the Nü Krantisk Rapskaff. The son of a municipal clerk, Wiltmann rose through the local civil service and became known for his opposition to central oversight from Monte Glacei. His alignment with NKR follows prolonged conflicts over language policy and administrative autonomy, which he characterised as evidence of Glaceian colonisation.
