Frijerr Wiltmann

Frijerr Wiltmann (born 1709 in Anglien) is a former cantonal administrator who served as the Nü Krantisk Rapskaff's Governing Board member for Anglien. The son of a municipal clerk, Wiltmann rose through the local civil service and became known for his opposition to central oversight from Monte Glacei. His alignment with NKR follows prolonged conflicts over language policy and administrative autonomy, which he characterised as evidence of Glaceian colonisation. Captured at Bergbuurg in IV.1754 AN by East Zimian airborne forces, Wiltmann was convicted by the Special NKR Tribunals of Anglien on 11.VI.1756 AN on the Bergbuurg Strike reprisal counts and sentenced to life imprisonment; trial on the remaining counts of his indictment continues, with a verdict expected in 1758 AN.
