The Football Union of Sanamaa is the football organisation for Sanama. It regulates the sport of association football in Sanama, and is responsible for the Sanama men's national football team, Sanama national women's football team, as well as the national levels of the men's and women's football pyramids. Its membership consists of all association football teams in the country that have applied for and been granted membership. The teams also form regional associations, organising competitions on the regional level.
