The Flag of the Great Apollonian Empire or the National flag of the Great Apollonian Empire consist of a golden double-headed eagle and a border of a golden Apollo key pattern on a darkblue surface. The golden double-headed eagle has a circular shield with a dark blue crescent and sun. These two symbols represent the unification of the Ultimate Çakar Sultanate (crescent moon) and the Great Jing Dynasty (rising sun). The double-headed eagle comes from the historic flag of the Duchy of Kildare. The blue colour of that flag has been darkened.
Design
The design of the flag is a redesign of the historic flag of the Duchy of Kildare with the addition of some elements from the unifying nations. This represents the basis for the claim that the Great Apollonian Empire was built on the historical foundations of the Duchy of Kildare and its successor nations, as well as the legitimate union of the Ultimate Çakar Sultanate and the Jingdaoese Empire.
