Farrah Hotels is a Çakari hospitality chain run by the Farrah family.

History

Rizwan Farrah made his palace in Maulikpur available annually for pilgrims to the Crait Temple. This gave him the idea for a hotel, upon which he purchased an abandoned apartment building and set up a hotel called The Green Elephant. This is a reference to the status of the area, being in The Green and the national animal of Aryasht. With emerging Çakaristan, Rizwan dreamed of dotting “green elephants” all over the country. It was his eldest two sons, Jagat Farrah and Ram Farrah, who turned this dream into a vision and a plan for hotel chain. Thus, Farrah Hotels was founded in 1689 AN. Since Maulikpur had not yet been incorporated by Çakaristan, the brothers established the company in the new city of Manbai.

The chain's first hotels were opened in Agra, Akbarabad, Amravana, Manbai, Rajariya and Šer-Ku-Riž. The first ten years began ambitiously, but the brothers could not agree on the future of the company. Ram Farrah bought out his brother, after which Jagat Farrah left the company.

In 1699 AN, Ram Farrah began renewing the hotel chain. He introduced the new logo with the Hoopoe as its symbol, the national animal of the Great Apollonian Empire. To run the different hotels, Ram enlisted several family members who each ran their own hotel. This caused a huge expansion of hotels in all kinds of cities. Including a number of resorts, where the hotel is a complex of luxury and facilities.
